June 02, 2024 on the fifth Sunday after Pascha, of the Samaritan woman, Bishop Paramon of Gorodets and Vetluzh celebrated the old rite Divine Liturgy in the Edinoverie church of the icon of the Mother of God “Joy to All Who Sorrow” in Semino village.
His Eminence was accompanied by: the secretary of the diocese, monkpriest Philip (Kulikov), rector of the church of the icon of the Mother of God “Joy to All Who Sorrow” priest Michael Tronin, rector of the Church of the Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Maloe Murashkino village monkpriest Sergius (Gaponov).
The hymns of the service were sung by the parish choir under the direction of the choirmaster Serafim Vodopyan.
At the end of the service, the Administrator of the Gorodets Diocese addressed the worshipers with an archpastoral word.
