Last Saturday, September 9, 2023, the first Divine Liturgy in 93 years according to the old rite in the bosom of the Russian Orthodox Church in Yekaterinburg was served. The Liturgy was celebrated by the rector of the Church of Archangel Michael in Verkhny Tagil, Father Sergius Komarov. Father Sergius was served by the rector of the church in the name of Saint Confessor Luke of Crimea (Voyno-Yasenetsky) Father Eugene Gayov.
On this significant day, the young Edinoverie community of Yekaterinburg, the old ritualists of Verkhny Tagil and guests of the community prayed in the church.
